By accessing or using QuizzFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

QuizzFlow is a platform that allows users to create quizzes from various content sources including PDFs, YouTube videos, and text content. We use artificial intelligence to generate quiz questions and provide analytics on quiz performance.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Create quizzes containing harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass any security measures of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload to create quizzes. By uploading content, you grant QuizzFlow a non-exclusive license to process and store that content for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Quiz Expiration

Quizzes created on free accounts expire after 24 hours. Paid accounts have extended expiration periods based on their subscription tier. Expired quizzes and their associated data may be permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuizzFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
